3D Terrain Mapping Leveling — One Survey Pass, One Optimal Plan
The AllyNav W20 is an intelligent GNSS land leveling system that brings 3D terrain mapping to everyday leveling operations — automatically generating a complete field topography model from a single data collection run and using it to drive precise, automated blade control across farmland leveling, paddy field transformation, land reclamation, and roadbed preparation.
W20 Land Leveling System
From Raw Terrain to a Complete Leveling Model in One Pass
The W20’s Smart Operation feature surveys the full field in a single pass and produces a true 3D terrain map with color-coded elevation data showing the complete topographic profile. The system automatically calculates the optimal flat or sloped leveling model to minimize cut-and-fill volume — removing manual calculation entirely and reducing the total number of passes needed to reach a finished surface.
Adjustable Plans Based on Actual Field Conditions
3D terrain data is only useful if it can be acted on quickly. The W20 allows operators to review the generated leveling model and make adjustments based on actual site conditions before work begins — ensuring the plan reflects what is on the ground, not just what the survey recorded. Horizontal, single-slope, and dual-slope modes are all supported within the same system.
Automated Blade Control Guided by the 3D Model
Once the leveling plan is set, the W20 outputs PWM signals across 8 control channels to drive hydraulic implements continuously, adjusting blade position in real time based on the 3D model and live GNSS positioning data. The intelligent soil unloading function monitors load distribution throughout each pass — automatically managing excess soil to prevent engine stalling and reduce fuel consumption without operator intervention.

Frequently Asked Questions
How often should fields be leveled?
Typically every 3–5 years, depending on crop type, soil movement, and environmental factors.
Can land leveling be performed on sloped terrain?
Yes. Fields can be leveled with a controlled slope to manage runoff effectively.
What types of soil are best suited for land leveling?
Most soils can be leveled, but sandy soils require careful moisture management during the process.
