Hydraulic Land Leveling Control — Automated Blade Guidance for Any Terrain
AllyNav W20 is an intelligent GNSS land leveling system that replaces manual hydraulic control with automated blade guidance — delivering consistent surface results across farmland leveling, paddy field transformation, land reclamation, and roadbed preparation without depending on operator skill or experience.
W20 Land Leveling System
Automated Hydraulic Control That Works in Real Time
The W20 controller outputs PWM signals across 8 channels to drive hydraulic implements directly, adjusting blade position continuously based on GNSS positioning data. The intelligent soil unloading function monitors load distribution in real time — automatically redistributing excess soil to prevent engine stalling and reduce fuel consumption during heavy passes. Operators no longer need to manually manage blade depth through changing terrain conditions.
3D Terrain Mapping for Smarter Cut-and-Fill Planning
Before a single pass begins, the W20’s Smart Operation feature generates a true 3D terrain map with color-coded elevation data from one survey run. The system automatically calculates the optimal leveling model to minimize cut-and-fill volume — reducing the total number of passes required and keeping fuel and time costs down across the full job.
Compatible with the Implements Already on Site
The W20 supports horizontal, single-slope, and dual-slope leveling modes and works with AllyNav’s telescopic land leveler at 2.4–4 m, curved-beam scrapers, scraper loaders, paddy field levelers, bulldozers, and graders. The GNSS antenna tracks GPS, BDS, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS, and IRNSS frequencies, with third-party CORS compatibility for cross-regional operation without internet dependency.

Frequently Asked Questions
How often should fields be leveled?
Typically every 3–5 years, depending on crop type, soil movement, and environmental factors.
Can land leveling be performed on sloped terrain?
Yes. Fields can be leveled with a controlled slope to manage runoff effectively.
What types of soil are best suited for land leveling?
Most soils can be leveled, but sandy soils require careful moisture management during the process.
